Product Description

ISG series single-stage single-suction pipeline centrifugal pumps are designed by our scientific and technical personnel and water pump experts in the United Nations by selecting domestic excellent hydraulic model and adopting the performance parameters of 1S type centrifugal pumps and making skillful combination on the basis of general vertical pumps, and meanwhile, according to the use of different temperatures and mediums, hot water, high-temperature, corrosive chemical pumps and oil pumps have been developed on the basis of 1SG type. This series of products have the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, low noise, reliable performance and so on.
Reliable performance and so on. It meets the standard requirements of JB/T53058-93 of the Ministry of Machinery of the People's Republic of China and is designed and manufactured in accordance with the international ISO2858 standard.

1. ISG vertical management centrifugal pumps are used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physicochemical properties similar to that of clean water, and they are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply to high-rise buildings, sprinkler irrigation in gardens, firefighting, long-distance conveying, and HVAC refrigeration circulating, Bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment, the use of temperature T <80 ºC.

3,GRG type vertical high-temperature pipeline centrifugal pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking and hot water pressurized circulating conveyance of boilers in hot water in hotels, restaurants, etc. as well as circulating pumps of urban heating system, with the use temperature T<240ºC.
4,IHG type vertical pipeline chemical pump for conveying solid particle-free, corrosive, viscosity similar to water liquid, suitable for petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food and pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber and other departments, the use of temperature -20 ºC ~ 120 ºC. 5,YG type vertical pipeline oil pump for conveying gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil and other petroleum products, the transported medium is -20 ºC ~ 120 ºC. 6, IHGB type vertical stainless steel explosion-proof chemical centrifugal pump, used for conveying flammable chemical liquid.
7, ISGD, IRGD, GRGD, IHGD, YGD, IHGBD type vertical low-speed centrifugal pumps, suitable for occasions requiring very low environmental noise and air-conditioning circulation.

Structural Characteristics
First. ISG type structure features.
1.Pump and motor with the same end cover, axial size shortened, simple structure.
2.The pump body is equipped with pressure holes and water discharge holes.
3.The pump body is equipped with air venting valve to discharge the air in the pump before working.
4.  the bottom of the pump body is equipped with a mounting plate and bolt holes, to ensure that the overall unit is installed firmly.

Second. IRG type structure description.
1, the pump body and the upper structure is equipped with a heat insulation cover in the middle, suitable for the medium temperature T < 120 ºC occasions.
2,The combination of pump and motor bearings ensures the precision of shaft operation and improves the reliability of sealing.
3,Air-cooling device can be installed in the heat-insulating cover according to user requirements.

Third. GRG type structure description.
1. The pump body and the upper structure in the middle of the external water supply insulation and cooling, can be applied to the temperature -45 ºC ~ +240 ºC high-temperature occasions.
2. The combination of pump and motor bearing configuration ensures the shaft running precision and improves the reliability of sealing.
3. Using combined seal, the lower end of the imported titanium alloy sealing ring of medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seal.

Fourth. IHG type structure description.
1. Mechanical seal front with wear pay, pump cover on the seal cooling, flushing holes, suitable for pumping the media volatile or crystallization of the occasion, to extend the service life of the mechanical seal in the media containing small particles.
2. The combination of pump and motor bearing configuration ensures the shaft running accuracy and improves the reliability of the seal.
3. Mechanical seal adopts hard alloy material.
Fifth. YG type structure description
1. This structure is suitable for conveying the medium which does not contain solid particles and the temperature is -20ºC~+120ºC oil.
2. When the conveyed oil medium temperature is T<120ºC or contains trace particles, high temperature structure or chemical pump structure can be selected.
3. High temperature over 200ºC should be customized.
