Hot Water High Pressure Boiler Feed Water Pump is an efficient and energy-saving product designed for the new series of industrial steam boiler pumps. This series  of  pump mainly used for conveying water free of solid particles with the temperature is less than 160°C or physical and chemical properties similar to liquid water.

2. Hot Water High Pressure Boiler Feed Water Pump has been innovated on the basis of the traditional forms, abandoning the axial force balancing structure of the multistage centrifugal. Since having no balancing device, there exists none disk friction losses nor balancing  return losses,the pump efficiency has been increased by 5-14% than the  same category multistage pumps.

The  horizontal multistage design has many benefits:

There are several options for flange configurations making it versatile when installing on sites with difficult pipework layouts.

It is standardised to BB4. Multiple closed impellers and diffusers are installed to allow it to achieve very high pressures.

This multistage pump has a maximum casing pressure of 63bar.

It is fitted with sacrificial wear rings which are replaced periodically, this means the casing and impellers are protected from premature wear.

If required,SANCHANG horizontal centrifugal multistage pump can be supplied with an external air powered or electric priming pump for applications where a suction lift is unavoidable.
