Product Description

D-type horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump is a single-suction multi-stage segmented centrifugal pump, which is used to transport clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The temperature of the liquid should not exceed 80 °C. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long life, convenient installation and maintenance, etc. It can also be used to transport hot water, oil, corrosive or abrasive media by changing the material of the pump flow parts, the sealing form and increasing the cooling system.

D-type horizontal multi-stage pump is a multi-stage segmented type. Its suction port is located on the water inlet section, in a horizontal direction, and the discharge port is vertically upward on the water section.Its head can be increased or decreased according to the use needs.

The main parts of the D-type horizontal multistage pump are: water inlet section, middle section, water outlet section, impeller, guide wing baffle, water outlet section guide wing, shaft, sealing ring, balance ring, shaft sleeve, tail cover and bearing body.

According to different purposes, D series can be divided into:

D: Suitable for transporting clean water without solid particles or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The temperature of the transported medium is 0~+80ºC, the pump suction is horizontal, and the discharge is vertically upward.

DM: It is suitable for conveying liquids with a small amount of solid particles and similar physical and chemical properties to clean water. The temperature of the conveyed medium is 0~+80ºC, the pump suction is horizontal, and the discharge is vertically upward.

DG: It is suitable for conveying clear water without solid particles or objects with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. The temperature of the conveyed medium is -20ºC~150ºC, and the suction and discharge of the pump are vertically upward.

DY: It is suitable for conveying petroleum products without solid particles or other liquids similar to water. The temperature of the conveyed medium is -20ºC~+400ºC, and the suction and discharge of the pump are vertically upward.

DF: Suitable for conveying corrosive liquids without solid particles, the temperature of the conveyed medium is -20ºC~+150ºC, and the suction and discharge of the pump are vertically upward.

All the above types of pumps can be selected with mechanical seals or soft packing seals according to user requirements, and the material of the flow-through parts can be cast iron, bronze, stainless steel or ordinary carbon steel.
