Single Shell Segmental Multistage Centrifugal Sub High Pressure Boiler Feed Pump
General:
DG single-stage multi-stage centrifugal pump is used as the feed pump of high-pressure boiler or other high-pressure feed water, and the temperature of the transmission medium is not more than 160 degrees. It is applicable to the unit system and the mains system of water supply for units of various capacities in power plants.

Structure:
This type of pump is a single shell segmental multi-stage centrifugal pump. The suction inlet and discharge outlet are vertically upward. The front section, middle section and rear section are connected as a whole by a threaded rod. The static joint surface between each section is mainly sealed by a metal surface, and there is no O-ring as an auxiliary seal.
Shaft Seal:
The shaft seal of this series of pumps adopts soft packing seal, which is cooled by cooling water. Mechanical seal can also be used according to user requirements.
Bearings and Balancing Devices:
The rotor of DG type sub high pressure pump is supported by sliding bearings at both ends of the pump. The rotor is lubricated by thin oil and cooled by circulating water. The axial thrust of the rotor is balanced by a balance disc. A water return pipe is arranged between the balance chamber and the front section.
Transmission:
The sub high pressure pump is driven by the motor through the elastic coupling. From the driving direction, the pump rotates clockwise.
