Overview
 

IH type single-stage single-suction cantilevered chemical centrifugal pump is an energy-saving, modernized product that replaces the F-type corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. The product is widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, synthetic fibers and other industrial sectors, used to transport corrosive or do not allow the contamination of viscosity similar to water liquids. The inlet pressure of the pump is not allowed to exceed 0.3MPa.
The temperature of medium conveyed by IH type pump is generally -20ºC~105ºC, and higher temperature liquid can be conveyed by adopting appropriate cooling measures if necessary.

IN type urea pump is a single-stage, single-suction suspended-wall centrifugal pump. It is suitable for fertilizer factory to transport molten urea liquid, and also can be used to transport other corrosive liquids without suspended particles. The temperature of the medium is allowed to be -20-180 ºC, the pump is horizontal axial suction, radial top spit out the front side of the pump with thermal insulation jacket, allowing 0.59MPa, 170 ºC of steam insulation. Users can choose different materials according to the degree of corrosive properties of the transported medium.

Structural description

The main parts of IH type chemical pump are pump body, impeller, sealing ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing parts, intermediate bracket, shaft and suspension. The structure of the pump is characterized by:The pump cover is fixed on the intermediate bracket through the stop, and then the pump cover is clamped in the middle through the coupling of the pump body and the intermediate bracket stop. The pump body is axial suction, radial discharge, foot support type, which can be directly fixed on the base. The suspension parts are fixed on the intermediate bracket through the stop and supported on the base with the suspension bracket. The rotor parts can be withdrawn from the rotor for inspection without disassembling the inlet and outlet coupling pipelines, pump body and motor, but only removing the intermediate coupling of the extended coupling.
There are 9 types of shaft seals, such as packing and mechanical seals, which can be selected according to the nature of the conveying medium and the requirements of the production process.
The pump is connected with the motor through the extended coupling, and the pump rotates in clockwise direction from the driving end.
