Brief introduction:
AY type oil pump series is improved and redesigned on the basis of the original Y type oil pump series.It is to meet the needs of modernization, as soon as possible to adapt to the energy conservation as the center of the equipment replacement and development of products , with the following characteristics:
1.The bearing body parts replace the original 35, 50, and 60, bearing bodies with 45, 55, and 70 bearing bodies, which improves the reliability.
2.High efficiency and energy saving hydaulic model is adopted in the hydraulic overflow part, which is 5-8 percentage points higher than that of the original Y-type oil pump on average.
3.High degree of universal parts, common standard parts are shared by several series of products.
4.In order to maintain continuity , the structure type, installation size and performance parameter range of AY type oil pump are the same as those of Y type oil pump, so as to facilitate the renewal and transformation of old products.
5.The selection of material, mainly II, Sichuan materials, bearing body parts increased for cast steel, cast iron, for cold areas, open air use, Marine can provide favorable conditions.
6.Bearing air cooling , fan cooling, water cooling three, according to the different use of the pump temperature selection.Fan cooling is especially suitable for water shortage or poor water quality areas.

AY type oil pump is divided into single stage single suction cantilever type, two stage single suction cantilever type, single stage suction cantiever type , single stage double suction and two stage double suction two support type, two stage single suction two support type and so on six kinds of structure.AY type oil pump housing radial split, especially suitable for conveying high temperature and inflammable, explosive or toxic liquid.
