Overview
IS150-200-500 single-stage centrifugal pump is a single-stage single-suction (axial suction) cantilever centrifugal pump, mainly consists of pump body, leaf transmission line, sealing ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing parts, intermediate bracket, shafts, suspension parts, etc., for the transmission of liquids that do not contain solid particles of impurities, the layout of the hydraulic performance is reasonable, a wide range of user options, easy access to the point of maintenance; applicable to industrial and urban water supply, Drainage, can also be used for agricultural irrigation and for conveying clear water or other liquids with physico-chemical properties similar to clear water, the temperature is not higher than 80 ºC.

Structural description
The main parts of IH type chemical pump are pump body, impeller, sealing ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing parts, intermediate bracket, shaft and suspension. The structure of the pump is characterized by:The pump cover is fixed on the intermediate bracket through the stop, and then the pump cover is clamped in the middle through the coupling of the pump body and the intermediate bracket stop. The pump body is axial suction, radial discharge, foot support type, which can be directly fixed on the base. The suspension parts are fixed on the intermediate bracket through the stop and supported on the base with the suspension bracket. The rotor parts can be withdrawn from the rotor for inspection without disassembling the inlet and outlet coupling pipelines, pump body and motor, but only removing the intermediate coupling of the extended coupling.
There are 9 types of shaft seals, such as packing and mechanical seals, which can be selected according to the nature of the conveying medium and the requirements of the production process.
The pump is connected with the motor through the extended coupling, and the pump rotates in clockwise direction from the driving end.
