Structures:
This type of chemical process adopts standard pipelines designed according to API specifications. The impeller can be closed, semi-open and open. It can transport clean, particle-containing, and a small amount of gaseous media. It can also transport high temperature, low temperature and strong corrosive media. The impeller is equipped with a balance hole and an anti-corrosion ring to balance the axial force. The pump body and the bearing frame are connected by an intermediate connecting section. According to different working conditions, the intermediate connecting section can be made of different materials to avoid serious corrosion of the bearing frame and bearing when transporting strong corrosive media. At the same time, there is a water-cooling cavity in the middle connecting section, which can pass the cooling circulating water to block the high-temperature medium and transmit the high temperature to the bearing. The sealing form can adopt packing seal, single and double mechanical seals, and cartridge single mechanical seal. According to different situations and the user's cooling and flushing requirements, the seal can be selected from the case according to the API682 design specification. The bearing frame is designed in three forms: air-cooled heat sink, air-cooled fan, and water-cooled cavity, which can be selected by users according to the working conditions. The bearings are lubricated by the oil ring splashing thin oil from the oil tank. The oil in the oil tank is cooled by the water in the water cooling chamber, and the heat in the bearing is taken away by the cold water to ensure that the bearing is in normal working condition at any time. According to the temperature and pressure of the medium, the support form adopts the center support and the tripod support. The pressure ratings of the suction and discharge flanges are the same.

There is a sealing ring on the rear cover plate of the impeller, which can basically balance the axial force, and the residual unbalanced force is borne by the thrust bearing. The bearing is an oil-lubricated ball bearing, the oil ring lifts oil and can automatically control the oil level. When the working temperature is lower than 250ºC, the suspension does not need to be cooled. When the working temperature is higher than 250ºC~450ºC, the suspension is cooled by air or water cooled. According to different situations, some pumps are of double volute structure, and the rest are single volutes. Shaft seals can be packing seals, single-end or double-end mechanical seals, and equipped with cooling, flushing or sealing fluid systems.
