The high-pressure self balancing segmental centrifugal pump innovates the structural form of traditional multi-stage centrifugal pumps by eliminating the axial force balancing mechanism of multi-stage centrifugal pumps. It is a substitute for D and DG type multi-stage centrifugal pumps that use balance disks or balance drum structures. Due to the absence of a balancing device, which includes both disc friction loss and reflux loss, the pump efficiency is 5-14 times higher than that of multi-stage pumps of the same category. At the same time, it completely solves various faults caused by the failure of the balancing device, such as wear and tear of the balancing disc and its seat or rotor biting, greatly extending the service life of the pump. Years of operation have proven that the performance of this product has reached the advanced level of similar international products.
