Product Description
Type S,SM,SF,SL,SH pump is single-stage double-suctioncentrifugal pump with horizontal split casing. lt is provided fordelirvering clear water without solid particles or other liquid whichis physically and chemically similar to clear water. The temperatureof the liauid is 0'-80c, lt is widely used in fields of factoriesmines, municipal wate supply, power stations, agriculture irrigationand water conserancy,Permissble maximum inlet pressure is0.6Mpa.

CONSTRUCTION
The inlet and the outlet of the pump are under the axis and theircenterine is perpendicular to the axis. lt is unnecessary to disturbthe inlet piping, the outlet pping and the motor while inspectionThe main parts of the pump consist of casing. pump coverimpeller, shaft, shaft sleeve and double suction wearing ring. etcImpeller,shaft sleeve and double-suction wearing ring areconsumable parts.The impeller is fixed on the shaft with the shaft sleeves and thesleeve nuts. lts axal displacement will be adjusted by the sleevenut. The thrust of the impeller will be balanced with the help ofsymmetr vanes.
The double-suction wearing ring is to reduce leakage frompressure water house to suction house.The shaft seal is either packing seal or mechanical seal. Thebearing lubricated oil has dny-oil and dilute oil. VVhen the inletdiameter of the pump is less than 800mm, the bearing getslubricated with dry-oil. When the inlet diameter is more than800mm,the bearing gets lubricated with dilute oil.The pump is connected with the motor through flexible coupling.
