General:
The submerged pump is a positive pressure conveying vertical pump, which can effectively solve the problems of air resistance and cavitation. The explosion-proof grade of the conveyed material determines that the submerged pump products have different structures, working principles, classifications, application scope, product advantages and disadvantages and operation methods. Classification:
According to the sealing method of traditional submersible pumps, it can be roughly divided into :

Working Principle:
For conveying various materials on the storage tank, the open impeller can be used to convey materials containing solid particles. The axial and radial forces generated by the operation of the pump are supported by rolling bearings and sliding bearings respectively, and the temperature cannot be measured. The shell, main pipe, outlet pipe and overflow parts of the traditional submersible pump are all made of plastic alloy (PTFE, FEP) by molding and sintering. The working part is submerged in the liquid, the shaft seal has no leakage, and the area is small. Reliable, easy maintenance, strong corrosion resistance.
