General:

This single stage single suction pump is horizontal installation ,horizontal suction ,vertical discharge ,when maintaining, it is not necessary to disassemble the inlet/outlet pipes when take out the rotor parts.The shaft seal way can be packing seal or mechanical seal, according to its usage ,the materials can be common cast iron, anti-abrasive cast iron,cast steel , cast stainless steel.

Application:
IH type single stage single suction cantilever chemical centrifugal pump is to replace F type corrosion resistant centrifugal pump energy saving,replacement products, the product is widely used in chemical industry , petroleum, metallurgy, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical,synthetic fiber and other  industrial sectors, used to transport corrosive or not allowed to pollute the viscosity of liquid similar to water. Pump inlet pressure is not allowed to exceed 0.3 Mpa.

Construction:
The main parts of this pump include pump casing,impeller, seal ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing parts, intermediate support, shaft and hanger bracket etc.Pump structure features: pump cover fixed on the middle bracket through the seam allowance.Then connected by the pump body and intermediate support tighten the pump cover in the middle.The pump casing is horizontal suction, axial discharge,bearing type footing.It can directly  steady in the base.Hanger part is fixed the intermediate support through seam allowance. When maintaining, it is no need to disassemble the inlet/outlet coupling pipes,pump body and motor , only need to disassemble the middle coupling parts of  the lengthen coupling and then take out the rotor parts.
