Hot Water Cycle Centrifugal Pump
Description:
R type hot water circulation pump is a single-stage suction and two-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump, which is suitable for metallurgy, power station, chemical industry and other departments. It is used for conveying high pressure hot water below 250°C without solid particles. The highest temperature of the hot water is 250°C, the highest inlet pressure of the pump is 5Mpa; The hot water temperature shall not be higher than 250°C, and the pump inlet pressure shall not be greater than 3Mpa.

Structure:
The pump is single stage single suction and two stages single suction cantilever type, sealed with floating ring, bearing for rolling bearing and ball bearing, using thin oil lubrication.
Shaft Seal Form:
Packing seal or mechnical seal, according to user requirements , can be matched with heat exchanger.
Material of Main Parts:
According to different pressures, the main parts of the material are:Type 1: QT500-7; Class II:ZG230-450;Class III:ZG3Cr13.
