Description:

IH end suction single stage corrosion proof pump is an energy- saving new generation pump designed to replace Type F corrosion proof centrifugal pumps.  This pump is suitable for chemical industry,petrol,metallurgy,paper-making,food,drug making and fiber sythesis industry.This kind of pump is used to transfer corrosive chemicals or liquid whose viscocity is like water but need to be protected from pollution.The inlet pressure of the pump need to be no more than 0.3MPa.Normal temperature for IH pump is -20dc-105dc,but with cooling measure adopted,higher temperature liquid apply also to this kind of pumps.

1.IH end suction single stage corrosion proof pump is more effiecicent and reliable,it is  composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, ring seal, sleeve and sus-p ended bearing units.
2.The pump body and pump cover in IH type are separated from the back of impeller, that is to say in general, back open structure, whose advantages: convenient overhaul, when checking and repairing, the pump body intake  pipe, discharge pipe and motor need not to move, just disassemly the middle connector of extended coupling to quit the rotor units for overhaul.
3.The pump shell (that is pump body and pump cover) forms the workroom of pump.impeller, shaft and rolling bearing are the rotors for the pump. Suspended bearing units support the rotors in the pump. The rolling bearing stands the radial load and axial force.
