General:
GDL vertical multistage centrifugal pump is a machine designed and manufactured with reference to foreign advanced products. Impellers, guide vanes and guide shells are formed by stamping, stretching and welding of stainless steel plates, and cemented carbide mechanical seals and guide bearings are used.
Features:
1. The multistage centrifugal pump is a vertical structure with a small floor area. The center of gravity of the pump coincides with the center of the pump foot, so it runs stably, has small vibration and long service life.
2. The multistage centrifugal pump has the same caliber and is on the same horizontal centerline. It can be directly installed on any part of the pipeline without changing the pipeline structure, which is very convenient for installation.
3. The motor plus rain cover can be directly placed outdoors for use without building a pump house, which greatly saves capital investment.
4. The lift of multistage centrifugal pump can meet different requirements by changing the pump stages (number of impellers), so it is widely used.
5. The shaft seal adopts cemented carbide mechanical seal, which is reliable without leakage and has small mechanical loss.
6. High efficiency, energy saving and beautiful appearance.
7. Note: Internal casting with diameter above 50 is formed.
Application:
GDL type pump is suitable for conveying clear water or liquid with physical and chemical properties in high-pressure operation system, such as water supply for high-rise buildings, boiler water supply, fire protection system, etc. or for pipeline pressurization. GDLF pump is made of integral stainless steel (ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti), which is suitable for chemical, food, brewing, pharmaceutical, textile and other industries. Stainless steel 304 or 316L can be customized according to user requirements.
