Horizontal split case pump is a type of centrifugal pump that has two single suction impellers or a double suction supported between bearings. The pump casing is split axially with opposing suction and discharge flanges. This allows for easy maintenance on the pump.

Split case pump are typically used to carry low-viscosity liquids such as clear water and unsaturated wastewater from industrial processes at average heads. it can be applied for higher flow rate conditions that are not suitable for end suction pumps, such as fire pumps, portable water distribution, plant make-up water, pipelines, cooling water, and other industrial process flows with fairly thin fluids.

  3. Long operational life- The life of the pump casing should extend to at least 30 years, with a pressure threshold of up to 10MPa.
  4. The location of the inlet and outlet flange of the split case pump can be custom placed upon request.
  5. The shaft, impeller, shaft sleeve, and sealing ring can be composed of a selection of different materials according to the working conditions, including cast iron, cast steel, and stainless steel (SS304, SS410, etc.).
  6. Seal method: machinery seal and packing seal varieties available.
