General description
IS (ISR, IR, I, IW) single-stage single-suction centrifugal pumps are designed according to national standards, with high degree of generalization.
1S: Used for conveying clear water or liquids with physicochemical properties similar to clear water, medium temperature <80ºC.
ISB: Used for conveying clean water or liquids with physicochemical properties similar to clean water, medium temperature <100ºC.
I8: Used for conveying hot water or liquids with physicochemical properties similar to that of clean water, medium temperature <150ºC.
IY: used for conveying non-solid particles, viscosity less than 120CST pool of non-corrosive oil products, medium temperature -20 ºC ~ 250 ºC This series is horizontal installation, horizontal axial suction, spit direction vertically upward, (IY pump spit from the suction end can be divided into towards the right, towards the left, towards the up) maintenance without disassembling the import and export pipeline can be drawn out rotor parts for maintenance, shaft sealing according to the use can be adopted The shaft seal can be made of packing seal or mechanical seal depending on the application. Structural description
The main parts of this series pump are pump body, impeller, sealing ring, impeller nut, pump cover, sealing parts, intermediate bracket, shaft and suspension. Structural characteristics of the pump:The pump cover is fixed on the intermediate bracket through the stop, and then the pump cover is clamped in the middle through the coupling of the pump body and the intermediate bracket stop. The pump body is axial suction, radial discharge, foot support type, can be fixed directly on the base. Suspension parts are fixed on the intermediate bracket through the stop and supported on the base with the suspension bracket. During maintenance, it is possible to exit the rotor parts for maintenance without disassembling the inlet and outlet coupling pipelines, pump body and motor, but only by removing the intermediate coupling of the extended coupling.
The pump is connected to the motor through the elastic coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the driving end.
